Information for Nurses
Nurses and care personnel are urgently needed in Germany, and we support you with our extensive network of hospitals throughout the Federal Republic of Germany, as well as throughout the entire application process up to your first day of work. Please note the following requirements to initiate the process:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in nursing
A degree in nursing is required to work as a nurse or care personnel in Germany.
B2 certificate
Before the application process can begin, a B2 certificate from Goethe, Telc, or sometimes ÖSD is required. This demonstrates an advanced level of proficiency in German, which is essential for working in a German-speaking environment.
Visa financing
Approximately €80-100 is required for visa application.
Additional documents
Additional documents may be required later, including diploma supplements, detailed employment references, birth certificate, certificate of good conduct, police clearance certificate, and marriage certificate (in case of name change).
Flexibility regarding region
Please understand that initial employment may be as a nursing assistant and may later evolve into your desired area.
